Key Responsibilities • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Tekton. • Manage containerized application deployments using Docker and OpenShift. • Configure and maintain Nginx for application routing, security, and traffic management. • Manage application artifacts and dependencies using JFrog Artifactory. • Support source control, branching, and release workflows using Git / Bitbucket. • Perform QA validation, regression testing, and release verification. • Provide production support, incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA). • Monitor application environments and contribute to reliability and production-readiness improvements. • Automate repetitive deployment, testing, monitoring, and support activities. • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth releases. • Contribute to AI-assisted automation for testing, monitoring, log analysis, and application support workflows. Required Skills • 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, QA, Application Support, or a related role. • Hands-on experience with: • Docker • OpenShift • Nginx • JFrog Artifactory • Jenkins or Tekton • Git / Bitbucket • Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management. • Experience supporting application environments and production releases. • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. • Good understanding of incident management and root cause analysis. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills • Exposure to Agentic AI / AI-driven automation. • Experience using LLMs for test automation, log analysis, troubleshooting, or support tooling. • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools. • Understanding of application performance and production-readiness practices. • Experience automating QA, deployment, or support workflows. Education • B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
