About Recooty Recooty is an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps companies automate hiring from job postings to candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling. We build scalable SaaS products used by customers globally, with a solid focus on performance, usability, and clean code. Role Overview We are looking for a Frontend Developer who will be responsible for building intuitive, fast, and scalable user interfaces using ReactJS with InertiaJS, integrated with a Laravel backend. You will work closely with backend developers, designers, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality features and seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain frontend features using ReactJS + InertiaJS - Work closely with Laravel backend APIs and controllers - Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable components - Ensure responsive design across devices and browsers - Optimize frontend performance and loading times - Handle state management and frontend routing via InertiaJS - Integrate third-party libraries and APIs - Collaborate with QA to fix UI/UX bugs and edge cases - Participate in code reviews and follow best practices - Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code Required Skills & Qualifications - 13 years of experience in Frontend Development - Strong proficiency in ReactJS - Hands-on experience with InertiaJS - Good understanding of Laravel and server-driven apps - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) - Experience with component-based architecture - Familiarity with REST APIs - Experience with Git version control - Good problem-solving and communication skills Nice to Have - Experience working on SaaS products - Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks - Familiarity with Vite / Webpack - Understanding of authentication & role-based access - Exposure to performance optimization techniques - Experience in startup or fast-paced environments What Youll Get - Opportunity to work on a global SaaS product - Ownership of frontend architecture and UX quality - Collaborative and fast-growing startup culture - Direct impact on product decisions - Career growth toward Senior Frontend / Full-Stack Developer .
