About the Role

The role Build and scale the Tafkiro platform. You will work on the core ERP engine, REST APIs, AI features, and the web frontend. Strong Python and modern JavaScript required. What you'll do • Develop and maintain core platform modules (Finance, HR, Inventory) • Build AI-assisted workflows (invoice anomaly detection, document extraction) • Design and implement REST API integrations for bank feeds, GST/ZATCA gateways • Write maintainable, tested code — we do not ship without tests • Participate in code review and architecture discussions What you'll bring • 4+ years backend experience (Python preferred) • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React experience • Experience with PostgreSQL or MariaDB at scale • Understanding of double-entry accounting is a strong plus • Comfortable with Linux, git, and CI/CD workflows
