About the Role

Hiring: Software Developer (.NET) | Pune | 9–12 Years Experience Title: Software Developer Relevant Experience: 9–12 Years Job Location: Pune Responsibilities • Design, document, and develop software components as per architectural specifications. • Contribute to defining and improving design/coding guidelines. • Ability to visualize the big picture, anticipate longer-term requirements, and create optimal solution design. • Guide developers in delivering individual projects, ensuring that solution designs meet current standard, scalable, leverage reusable components, etc. - Provide an opportunity to catch issues early without impacting long term release planning. • Self-driver to do new stuff and take it to an end. • Creation of cross modular components which will be used by multiple application teams. • Doing code reviews and mentoring others. • Technical Skills • Experience in developing enterprise-wide web-based n-Tier applications using Microsoft and client-side script technology stack. • Fluent knowledge and hands-on experience in C#, WebAPI, CSS, HTML 5, Bootstrap, Angular (17+). • Having experience in .Net Core 8 and good knowledge of Entity Framework 8. • Having experience in container technology (Kubernetes/Dockers). • Hands-on experience in unit testing using tools like xUnit and mocking framework etc. • Continuous integration skills are an added advantage. • Having hands-on experience in microservices-based architecture. • SOA and RESTful based patterns and implementation. API versioning. • Good knowledge and experience of OOAD. • Good understanding of Design Patterns and their implementation. • Good understanding of SOLID principles and their implementation in projects. • Experience in working across multiple frameworks with different technologies. Other Skills • Self-Starter and Self-Motivated Individual. • Experience in Agile/Scrum in practice. • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills. • Ability to drive discussions with various stakeholders across geographical teams. • Ability to make the right and quality-based technical decisions in the interest of the organization. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Stay up to date with industry trends and identify new and emerging technologies that the project can benefit from. Qualification & Experience • Graduate from IT/Computers stream. • Graduate from any other stream with certification courses done in .NET. • 9 to 12 years of experience as a Developer/Architect in .NET technology.
