🌟 We're Hiring: Windows Image Deployment Engineer! 🌟 We are looking for a skilled Windows Image Deployment Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows deployment processes, image creation, and system configurations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient deployment of operating systems across various devices, optimizing performance and security. 📍 Location: Mumbai, India ⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office 💼 Role: Windows Image Deployment Engineer What You'll Do: Windows Image Creation & Management: Design, build and maintain Windows OS images using MDT, SCCM or Intune. Customize and optimize images for performance, security and compatibility. Manage Windows Autopilot for seamless device provisioning. Manage Windows 365 (W365) Cloud PCs, including provisioning, updates, and policy enforcement. Deployment & Automation: Develop and implement automated deployment processes using Task Sequences, PowerShell and Intune policies. Deploy OS images to new and existing devices, ensuring minimal disruption. Manage Windows Servicing and upgrade processes from Windows 10 to Windows 11 using SCCM Troubleshoot and resolve image deployment failures and hardware compatibility issues. Configuration & Patch Management: Configure Group Policies (GPOs), security baselines and compliance settings for Windows environments. Manage Windows updates, patches and software distribution using WSUS, SCCM or Intune. Ensure adherence to corporate security and compliance policies. Device Lifecycle Management: Work closely with IT teams to support device refresh cycles and hardware rollouts. Integrate deployment solutions with Active Directory, Azure AD and Intune for seamless user experience. Support & Documentation: Provide Level 2/3 support for OS deployment-related issues. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, SOPs and best practices. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders for troubleshooting an What We're Looking For: ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Windows deployment or related field ✅ Proficiency with tools such as SCCM, MDT, or similar technologies ✅ Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols ✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail ✅ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment ✅ Good communication skills in both verbal and written formats
